Were you notified in any way that the fund would be closed to new shares and that CS would not be supporting the price??
I haven't received anything directly from CS, but I knew it was closed. It's my own fault. I just didn't think the price would erode this sharp on a day like today. Like I said, it could have been a lot worse.
How did you find out is was closed? Through this blog, or a notification from your broker??
VXX attempting a double top
Nydec now at >2300, and other internals (including AAPL) say that more bear is likely
It is 3:19 and no short-covering yet……….yet

as long as nobody calling santa, i think we are fine,
The goal is not uniformity. It is understanding and idea exchange.
Just based on the $TRIN indicator, we should see a bounce tomorrow of some sorts but due to the behavior of the market these past 3 months, it may be different.
the usual pattern should like this, not much time now, so I'm not sure.

Cobra, I'm liking the odds for you CPCE top call. Looks like we're still working on the A leg of the ABC correction for wave (4). Plenty of meat left on this for the bears

If there was material information regarding and investment, your broker has a fiduciary responsibility to it's clients to notify them of changes. You should first go to your broker and ask them if they had received any information regarding this investment, and if they did, why was it not disseminated to you (the investor/client). It is definitely material information that changes the nature of the investment and should be disclosed. I owned a money management firm, and if my client's owned this, I would be the first one they would call and scream at. So, see what you come up with....I would be interested to know. I almost put in a sh!# load of money into this myself. There is something wrong with this picture....
goes as planed. I'm still neutral, enough for today.
