Net Long. Carrying both longs and shorts. The signal I got last week seemed vulnerable to whipsaw. I am guessing things will be choppy in the weeks ahead.
So, I'll be inclined to get longer on a pull back if support (1 fib or 2) and the signal can hold but will re-assess as we go.

I'll be looking for support at that lower yellow line or perhaps around the un-yellow dashed line in the middle.

Yeah. The break of the MO last week from below zero to above was pretty quick and big. It would not surprise to see a pullback to close to 0 (but no breakdown) before a push to MO>50.
I don't know what will happen but would love to see an overbought MO with token new highs on the indexes...

no break down but the bias is still down because this is already the 2nd leg up on the rebound so the rebound is weak, well, SO FAR.

Makes it larger and a bit easier, it was just a suggestion.. now I will go into a corner and pout
also consider screen size and number. Given the cheap screen prices these days it's amazing to me more people don't use large multi screen layouts. in the old days i had 10 20 in flatscreens but now "scrape by" with 3 screens. carefully choosing screen type rez and number really will improve your ability to size charts and act on them. currently i use a 27 in with the 5 min chart showing only 1 day and the chart just screams at me. if you are doing comparisons this multi screen thing is huge. in the old days i did lots of these now do very few so often have a video going on the 3rd screen while waiting for some event.

further--i am 58 and in decent shape but using glasses carefully set up for the exact distance between my head and the screens makes a huge difference. it's not that i cannot see them at all--it's just far less tiring.

trading is visual--you have to use everything you can to take advantage of this. larger screens--several of them--better rez--carefully choosing chart configuration--even things like how you sit and exactly how your spine is positioned will make you more or less alert or aware. this is exp true if your lungs are somewhat cramped by leaning forward and or having the spine bent. This will slow your reflexes and make you less alert. it is esp painful to lose this edge in a slow market where you are watching short time spans.

as an aside i tried one time to help a friend trade. this is a very gung ho type guy. he watched his screens so intently one day he blew up a blood vessel in his eye. my point to everyone is not just the blown blood vessel but what it implies--stress leading focused in one place that caused damage. trading is not really a sprint--it's an ultra marathon. use every trick you can--don't skimp on charts or screens. and keep your mind and body very relaxed--over time this will pay for itself 1000s of times over.

I use a couple of 19" CRT screens that I picked up for 5$ each, better than any LCD screen out there!

maybe that is true but flat screens have improved a lot in the last few years and prices have dropped like a rock. Below are 3 screens that are good. as the screen size gets bigger the exact resolution is slightly less of an issue for me. Not trying to push anything if you are happy with your screen config great. But at least consider larger screens at some point--eg test them because it makes a huge difference at least to me. And as i said i need every edge in the book--esp what i would call passive edges such as screens (so things i don't have to mess with once they are in place--unlike my brain which i need to mess with on an ongoing basis).
