The liquidity ticked dn again yesterday this is bearish for the mkt.The # of weak stocks decreased slightly and strong stocks not much change.Per the charts the mkt remains bearish.The Dorsey Wright P&F charts are bearish.One change the 10 wk BP turned green.The mkt does feel like it wants to back test the 1335/40 area before going dn much more but has to break 1325 area res.first..Missed the last 2 hrs of the mkt yesterday but when I got back I saw the inverse dome followed thru plus kept going way up and formed an oval.Lots of fun.

Market Neutral.
Small short was closed after hours down some short change. Basically a round trip.
Yesterday's bull bear smackdown was a sight to behold.
The higher close eliminated the analogs with prior scenarios. So, evidence for possible turn was gone.
Now analogs favor continued bounce with SPY 136+ as potential.
However, a turn south can fit the analogs once the McClellan Oscillator gets close to or above zero regardless of where the index sits.
