The 3rd time is the charm, or not?

If someone has a terminal illness and would rather take the sleeping pill vs agonizing prolonged death route, I am all for it.
Im with you Miyagi, life is painful enough on it's own, why prolong the inevitable....make your peace, and then peace out!
Are you guys still talking about the FB? ............thought the board needed some humor now.

or even more interesting and useful sometimes--ideas (most valuable of all). for example i had to hire a guy a while back to do some work--his wife was having problems getting a job as a med tech. having once reviewed 500 apps for a job which resulted in 30 hires that failed and then one amazingly good hire--i suggested that she offer to work for nothing for someone for 1-2 weeks. if you are good at what you do--this works every time. have actually used it myself in the distant past and in my business in the old days i gave them the job for free if they didn't like the work--but i would never do anything for them again i got 3 takers in 15 years.
just lately ran into a very funny smart guy at a coffee shop--and suggested he goog "cloud financing". this is going to be huge very soon. and it allows somebody with an idea to by pass "angel investors" and so on in the first 1-3 tears (yes intended) of financing. you have to be hopeful that this eventually will allow a lot of "small fast and totally out of control" stuff to happen. esp from places such as India.
often just having an outside perspective can be of value. and i really really appreciate everyone who did this for me. we all have a list of people we owe one way or another. Amusingly the better we can listen the longer the list is.
so the old saying applies--give a guy a fish and he eats for a day. give him a case of dynamite and he starts a frozen fish business. my approach to giving is to give 100 dollar bills out once a year to a some guys at random. and try to give away 10% of my time for free in different ways that hopefully help different people to some degree. they have to be in the right mental set and usually are actually seeing some sort of direction--in that case a slight push shove or what have you can be of use to them.

again, for 2 days in a row we had a very strong rebound before the close. my question is: will the 3rd time be the charm? I don't believe we'll have another huge rebound before the close, but I certainly won't bet my luck on it. I set my day trade to breakeven, the worst case is I get nothing for today...

The 100 million dollar question is: When will the dollar go down?
If the USA is the most indebted country in the world - print up what we owe Greece.
It helps them, it helps us, it helps the world...... what's the problem?
