I took the other side of Cramer's calls for a few years and made pretty decent money doing so!

News just out according to goverment paper Germany doesn't expect to take any steps strengthening coordination of EU fiscal policy until spring of next year, since taking any actions now may alarm markets. Have to take this always with a grain of salt unless you see the actual report.

Cobra...what does that mean? I see multiple directions each day as the mkt progresses and when I read that I'm really not sure of what "the plan" is that you refer to. Is it just the last thought you posted?
