the 23 day on dow.

this round small stocks out-perf large stocks. i think it is due to limited exposure to eur crap.

i see similar thing too. the only problem is i don't like the low of 1341.75 es. i will feel more comfortable to scalp long from 1338-40 area.

What's your take on Kimble? I just found him a couple months ago and really like the simplicity of his charts.

the bots successfully hunted down all the stops at Friday's low. looks like we might have 5 waves down. and a positive divergence on 60-min RSI. looks ripe for a bounce

Market Neutral.
Short was closed Friday as target was reached.
A lot of the MO overbought condition was cleared but there is room for the oscillator to move deeper into neutral territory.
I could have been more aggressive with the position but I still have the trend technically as up so I didn't want to push it.

While my technicals are still generally positive, it bothers me to see the long bond and $ holding strong. Either relationships have to change or something has got to give for equities to go further on the upside.
It seemed to me the tone of internet chatter swung bearish on Friday after beinf fairly ebullient. Without some heavy decline though, I am not close to a sell signal at this point.
In general, it seems both bulls and bears have unfinished business, that is a high or low that ought to get tested or broken.
So, maybe some kind of range trade or triangle may have to shape for a bit before the next trend move. Just a thought.

no strong conviction, perfect a little higher low is preferred.

More bullish count on FXE... we could be in wave 5, which could mean the Euro will bottom soon....???

The lower count is more bearish with the possibility that we are in wave 3 still, with the possibility that we get wave 5 down some time at the end of Aug/beg of Sept....???

Edit: My opinion is that I think we are in the more bearish count...

Is this the rebound? I thought there is another leg down, this one shall fail.

this is the 2nd leg down. the question is: will it make a lower low? for bulls, it's perfect if this one only makes a higher low.
