That doesn't make Bernanke Obama's responsibility, and even if it did, most seem happy to trade his stock market. If Bernanke was appointed by Obama, and then did all this QE under a Repub president, bring the market to new highs, you'd be saying how great a job he did thanks to the Republican president. A high stock market benefits the upper half of the population who have 401Ks and pensions.
