This quarter, stocks outperformed bonds by about 10% (as of Thursday)
Asset-allocation portfolios will need to be re-balanced in the final week of the quarter.
This means they will be selling some stocks and buying some bonds to maintain the allocation that they are under contract to provide.

RED hollow candle (stockcharts.com) where we are now, I will agree with you it's bullish bias. but this type of candle need confirmation, more time then not a gap up, but if soft open and trade lower the next day, it could indicate the mid to long term top (in this case) is here.
