Do not trust the intraday AD quotes
That flatline (blue boxes) is quite unusual; quotes are not updating, surely due to the NYSE outage

ES is trying to give a long signal, but it isn't happening. Can't clear the Cobra 20 line. DI + is on top of DI-, but at 21 it isn't exactly strong.
