SPX 5m a tad messy.. mind the trends.. lower ones break.. may see a sharper down move..... but looks like chop to flat for EOW, EOM,

Neutral. No change.
Beautiful spring morning. Going to take the day off.

Summation signal is up.
Composite trend signal is up.

The morning high so far is about 3 points from the high megaphone boundary.
Maybe a tag or bit of a break later.
May see a reaction in this neighborhood, pullback or consolidation.
If the pattern activates, there could even be a high set around here for a considerable move down.
That said, my upper Keltner band is now at 1940, and there is plenty of room before NYMO gets overbought.
Month end has its own technicals that can attenuate or exaggerate the prevailing technicals.
So, won't draw any conclusions until next week.

As noted by others, today SPX is touching a 5 year rising resistance that has induced a negative reaction the last 5 times it has been touched in this year alone. The High for today, so far, is almost exactly on the TL per this calculation :
