It only makes sense to long if SPX manages to break the dashed blue line to the upside. Yesterday's break was a failure, the next break might be successful. Note that Bullish Percentages are doing quite well, especially the large caps which push the index up (only BPNYA and BPCOMPQ are weak, BPFINA is flat).
