Futures rarely leaves gap, and now we have 2 unfilled gap and the chart looks like bulls are unwilling to go down as the entire down leg since June 22 has been zigzag, no straight down.

With the /es testing the 50w SMA on Sunday.. would seem the 200d 2054.75 and 50w 2044ish are lower levels to watch, plus the open gaps and trends for better support, as VIX pushes into resistance at higher levels. The lower middle chart red channel would be something to keep in mind, if 200d/50w fail.

ES UPDATE:

DAILY+WEEKLY:
As mentioned previously, bears needed to hold the 2080-2084 area on the anticipated deadcat bounce, and it rejected bulls really well last week.

200DMA target has been reached.

Once again, Extreme Oversold hourly RSI signal like June 29 and 30. See how much it can bounce from 2034.25 low by 8AM EST

Bulls goal is to retrace back to 2067 gap fill ASAP

Next major daily+weekly support level is at 2032.50 for the immediate target if bears reject deadcat bounce overnight/tomorrow.


As you can see from the weekly ES chart, it is pretty crucial for weekly bulls to want to hold 2032.50. Obviously, this means that
the weekly candle would need to close above 2032.50 and not below.

A weekly breakdown close would result in a weekly swing target back to 2000, which is the Jan 19 week low.

Overall, pretty clear and easy game plan this week. Play the anticipated (deadcat bounce) like last week and keep treating
the bounces as deadcat bounce until a 2067 (last week gap's is 2095.50) gap fill happens/significant price momentum occurs.
Took some profits already since target has been reached, so trim and trail shorts to see if 2020-2030 immediate next support comes
after the deadcat bounce or not.

Monthly: Chart shows price at inflection point, very important month with 2032.50 inflection point.
No big bear continuation follow through bar yet from BEAR 8ema breakdown setup, indeed very important month.

Overly Simplifed version:

2047->2055->2060->2067->2079->2085->2095.50
2034->2030->2022->2000

Keep it simple, keep collecting the easy money until it fails...

Already reached the last of my immediate targets. Which is 54.30 and it's a major support on daily+weekly chart
Today/tomorrow is a must bounce for bulls on hourly since first time at MAJOR and Extreme Oversold Signal right now.
Pretty easy game plan, buy stop above 30m/1hr bar when price reversal confirms for the deadcat bounce first then see if there's a leg 2 these few days.

No deadcat bounce? Then, flood to 52.50 overshoot target

2060 FILL, 2056 STOP, 2067 IMMEDIATE TARGET
LEG 2 TARGET = 2075
Possibly could be the easiest trade you gonna get this week if you didn't trade the overnight ES 2046 breakout.
Cuz after a deadcat bounce, you still treat it as a deadcat bounce when leg 2 occurs and becomes more wishy washy, so no more easy trades like overnight and today
