This rally is incredibly well engineered. I'm impressed. I don't know how they do it, but what they do is very effective.

DUST: Yesterday, was first try rejection at my minor resistance level. Today, it is going to be second try.
100% measure move target still remains at 17.70. We are still holding our tiny swing position from 14.60. Pretty amazing percentage gains.
