Bulls are weak but not out. I am buying this dip.

AAPL down -1.5% but so far holding above yest's low around 170.20ish.

NYSE breadth internals are pretty weak. Hard to imagine an upside catalyst--outside of trade rumors.

NYSE down vol over up by 2/1. SPY locked inside its OR-30... IWM as well. But QQQ has broken above-- as AAPL hits a hod.

USO was briefly back up over 11. XLE tho still red is showing decent sector RS today.

as long as the bulls don't lose support at 61.8% the up trend will prevail.

A bit ominous for bulls: IWM is acting weaker than its largecap brethren today. Was not even able to gap fill, and has given back most of its bounce off the early low.

Also ominous: the relative weakness (again) today of the materials sector. XLB near the lod, down nearly -1.5%.
