3 push down so rebound here? Just the pattern is too small for a big rebound

Looking at a LONG TERM US DOLLAR chart. You see the W bottom from 1991-1996 (blue) resulted in a target that was hit in 2001. 2006-2015 target hasn't been hit yet. And current target noted in GREEN shows the US Dollar approaching targets that was hit also in 2001-2002.

Yesterday's chart. Looks like push down and then bargain shopping for large lots. Good selling volume followed by buyers.

I live in Florida. Ian is supposed to hit us today. Weather is already bad.

Our 27 foot Airstream (sold it last year and bought a 20 foot off road model) was named Zeta because we picked it up from the dealer in Gulfport the day Zeta came ashore. I can not imagine how bad this is going to be.

Alternatives.

Rising: DBC, IAU, IYR, SPYV, TLT, USO

Flat: SPYG, UUP, flat after some chop

Maybe the low was in for today. Breakout here to confirm.

SPY daily.

What it the bias? Mixed readings. (Reading the tea leaves)

Inside bar. CTM flat, up a bit. MACD flattening. Histogram up but beneath zero. EMAs down. Bollinger down.

For me the bias is down. But it is on a pause, in its move down. Is this a bottom? Not at this time. Just in my opinion.

Need this breakout, or it will be samo samo like the last two days. $CPC is 1.134, can't be overly bullish here.
