Small gap up or flat open, the gap shall be filled and a range day could be today. A week with historically bad seasonality turns out to be a very strong week, but the seasonality for the next week is also bad, let's see if the market can make another history which I doubt personally though.

In the history of the S&P SPDR (SPY), the last week in March has been positive only 5 out of 16 years. 4 of the last 5 were negative (last year showed a gain of a whopping +0.1%).

FYI...Stocktiming.com says the Mkt is getting better and they may issue a BUY on the Mkt this morning. If they do I will post what they say. If yesterday keeps up I will have to change to be Bullish.Right now I will wait and see.

Did you find it odd we didn't/haven't retested the closing low on 3/16. Most lows get retested within a day or two in a decline that last for more than 2 weeks (then the real rally starts). Just my observation. Doesn't mean it will of course...and it doesn't look like it yet.

There're chances that:

1. 03/16 was a retest of 02/24 lows. In this case we won't have lower low anymore.
2. In rare cases, we'll see new high first or at least test the 02/18 highs before testing the 03/16 low.
3. May be we'll see the retest the next week.

In either cases, let's just follow the short-term trend and don't fight it. By the way, I'm working on a improved ST Model called Cobra Impulse , the new model was already long 2 days ago. The model should be more powerful than ST Model.
