This is a difficult to forecast situation. Waiting for this roller coaster to play out. I am thinking all the headlines are rocking the boat because the gorilla's in the index (Mag 7 concentration) have outsized volatility. Add in all the 0DTE and other options gaming by players and market makers and things just get difficult!
