Testing EMA20, the rebound might be sold.

Broke the EMA20, good, but generally a revisit of the previous low is needed for a solid bottom, so not yet.

ES daily.

Pullback from the high, three days.

All the way to the EMA20.

Breaking out above 7000 will not be easy.

Some failures already.

ES 60 minutes.

Sliding down the slope.

ES 5 minutes.

What goes up, must come down.

One move for the bulls, one for the bears.

The bounce up from the bottom hits resistance at the EMA20.

Not deep enough but I consider it as an OK revisit so now let's see whether the current rebound is strong enough to convince us that the low was in for today.

Three hours from the day's low to move up 20 points. Thirty minutes to drop into a lower low. Or, as they say, escalators up and elevators down. Waiting for January when all the big funds and options traders finish up their year end. Elliot wave says we should go up to new highs. May not work out but this sure isn't any sort of a panic driven crash either.

Well here we are, the battle for 6,900. Sorry, can't post a chart but we do have a very classic zig zag down for a 35 point drop, so far.
