Small gap up, within yesterday's range, so the gap might be filled.

The Global ES may or may not be forming a Double Top, let's wait and see. My guess is, Double Top or not, bulls may need take a breath here, perfectly a consolidation or small pullback, before going further up. Sharp pullback would make things a little bit more complicated.

Since this has been formally published, I will re-post it here just so traders step away from trying to call a few points move and think about the big picture a little bit more.

The last 13 years, the following has occurred:
-- Tech bubble burst
-- 9/11 attacks
-- Iraq War
-- Housing bubble burst
-- War protests
-- Occupy Wall Street protests
-- Financial crisis

Do you really think this can last forever? Yes, we are on record calling for an eventual mega-boom in stocks, which has likely already begun as the market breaks out, which should last anywhere from 8 to 20 years.

No offence here but the topic of this forum is daily and intraday trades. Typically we try to share ideas in non-preachy way.

We get it, you're long and strong and will be for the next 8-20 years.

I can open a forum specifically discussing long-term investment topics, should someone be willing to lead the forum.

Thanks for the info gas...but this is not a "buy and hold" crowd on this board....there will be another bear market at some point...and most people on here would rather trade it on the downside rather than hold a bunch of losing positions...thanks for your advice...but we'll just focus on the short term trades, thank you...

I'm generally a longer term investor so that would be awesome for me, but I also know why I read this forum...for market color on the now and immediate basis.
