First hourly reversal bar means down later today right? Usually he posts a chart showing multiple examples (but it does fail sometimes).

Oh yeah. Oversold/bought condition can outlast my liquidity. Always best to wait for a retest/breakout on any issue. TraderGirl is always good with that notion.
