I’m kind of thinking;
Icahn is one of the shrewdest investors around. This is his kind of game PLUS, he has a personal vendetta involved with this trade so he is twice as dangerous.
Ackman on the other hand must get help from the SEC to win this one.
We will find the answer in a few years I guess

Please don't forget the setup is meant for the short-term. Breakout, you take the bait, then remember to partial profit and leave partial to bet your luck. Sometimes you're lucky that the price simply keeps going up but sometimes, the breakout simply faded very quickly. You have plenty of chances buying base and breakout, so personally if the breakout fades, I'd be out with break even, don't want to bet my luck on just a single stock as again, since I can have plenty of base and breakout opportunities every week. Hope that helps.

the reason I think people are not interested is we have thousands of daily readers here but for the weekly stock scans, only less than 500 visits every week, so I think most people are not interested.
