Well my coin landed on heads so I think that meant up.... can't remember now tho. Plus OPEX friday usually goes the other way from monday if I remember correctly.

Earnings dissapoint 1525,Earnings meet and surpass 1555-60,find out shortly,leaning towards 1525-30

Agree we are sitting on the edge not only because of 50ema, so I see it 50-50 hard to say atm

Judging from earnings, it looks like a slight bounce tomorrow until the waterfall eventually comes in a few days.

GDX held horizontal intra-day support ($28.17) at the close with strong volume setting the stage for another leg up... SOX looks weak and any rebound I will sell hard. It will move up sympathetically with the market but we've put in a top (IMHO) so SOX isn't going to go hog wild so holding 50% short here and long UPRO (because I'm confident that we'll be back here again even if we do sell off some more). Money to be made in both directions it seems to me.

JO is looking good but the past seems to favor a sell near the 50DMA so I sold 50% at the close. If it breaks above tomorrow I'll rebuy otherwise I'll watch for support.

QIHU is still going strong...

MEA is looking interesting and scary all at the same time.. in a small position there.

What I am seeing is the materials sector is either suggesting one last stand, or it might actually be ready to pop... IF it does pop, that could take the market much higher or it could trade inversely to the market through the correction (May). Dunno.

I did find it interesting to see AA and MEA not selling today... GDX and JO moving up strongly. Anyone have thoughts about this?

Dumped UPRO PM for 1% gainer.. Any rally here is going to be an op to short more, not going to get cute and scalp long. The selling is just getting started.
