2 hour SnP if half way up stoch chart,15& 30 imbedded,wonder if market waits for2 hour chart to top out

I am not trading it. Look at how many tweets coming from these big boys pumping it up.
Just seeing this Canadian Pharma company ( Main holder of RAD stock) decreasing their 172M shares to only 11.7% which is approx 17M shares make me wonder why not holding for a little longer.
BTW, It is not $2 dolla/Mulla anymore.
