TLT is down .75% with no tapering that seem pretty bearish for treasuries.

NDX hit resistance today and reversed...this is important resistance for the second leg down...needs to close below that resistance today and tomorrow....

I see tomorrow and Friday having weakness as well, so it fits into what you have here.
