Good Morning.

So honey, do you think Italy will be fun this summer?
EURUSD http://99ercharts.blogspot.com/2011/06/eurusd_24.html
I wouldn't bank on it.

From my read Bears fear not. this bounce will be sold. well, short term momentum is strong but the level of resistances are so great, just take a look at the BB, this time mid BB will be very important for the Bulls to move forward, on top of that we have Fib fan and FIb retracements resistance to name a few. it could just well be a gap filled be fore a continue trade down, daily vix is still stay above 200 dma.

I never think TA on vix is a good idea, VIX itself is calculated based on IVs of a chain of SPX options.
Traders won't refer to VIX MA to be more aggressive or less on SPX options.

so does DX, I think trade DX on TA is not a good idea. I'd rather refer to TA on EUR, as it has over 1/3 weighting.
I am not using VIX to trade market up/down, I just look at it as fear gauge, if the momentum on VIX (VND, VXN) were high market tends to be shaky that inturn more likely that people will dump their shares easily because the level of uncertainty.
My comments are for entertainment/educational purpose only. NOT a trade advice.

Sure, I was just saying, MA does not provide support or resistance for VIX directly.
VIX is more a result than a source. Of course it's an important market sentiment indicator.

Thx 99er. I read from your chart, and looking at hourly chart for the FTSE we are heading back to yetserdays lows, do you see 1259 or 1249 as stronger support.

good, if you do know then it should be enough to make a fortune, no other tech needed, no more stock analysis. Trading stock, the simpler the better. It's like Gongfu, you don't need lots of gestures, one simple deadly blow is enough!
