fib 61.8% mm target met. volume surge, so might see rebound here. the rebound must exceed mini rebound target before bulls see hopes.

Can be blame in HP, Alcoa and BofA? HP is even Green... Bankamerica is a little red but high volume...

Dow getting pretty close to closing the gap.
Definite change in character since the 9/06 low.

I read it as smallies showing relative strength = market resiliency = buy the dip.
