if ADV stays high and New highs do not increase today, this ratio could fire a buy I/T and hint at solid green-retest in bigger picture, Thanks for all the hard work!

This says advancers move faster than new highs, but also in BIG picture, new highs are failing at ending timeframe of bull market, FWIW, normally ratio bottoms 02-05ish levels and needs spike in ADV to signal I/T uptrend in prices

Im seeing a break out of the small down channel within the larger up channel to the upside, if momentum holds price could continue to rise and challenge the high again on the SPY.
