YES it’s unusual to see the dow (3x) outperforming the other indices (3x) intraday

Here's another good example of a solid base building now trade above 20/50DMA. new high on bonds like TLT, dip will be bought.

Hourly IWM is still green but its volatility 1/RVX (bottom panel) is a hair away from going bear

but GE is down 2.6%
On their conference call, they gave guidance down on revenues, and nobody liked that….

This is when a penny count, new low on my expectation level, now my fib extensions of 1831.45 on /ES should be achievable.
