Is there a head and shoulders on the 30 minute chart, that could possibly break over the weekend again?

Yes but I wouldn't trade on it. Technicals just show what adjustments must be made by the central banks trading desks to keep the Ponzi on an even keel. Did you just see them close the S@P up, right at the bell?
