H1 on first touch of EMA, not good one, a H2 is better. And nowadays touching EMA seems not working anymore though.

Yeah, this would correspond:

133.5 is important I think many tech guru saw it as such. so the turn back to bullishness can not call out until this line is breaking up.

Hello Everyone,

I have been watching and learning for a while and thanks for all your input, charts etc...I have learned a lot and this helped my trading tremendously. I have truly learned better patience.

A little off topic. I am going to be traveling and am looking for an IPAD or tablet, I am not sure which one, I have no allegiance. Just tired of trading form my phone and laptop. Does anyone have any recommendations or suggestions?
I would appreciate your input if you have any experiences with these. I use TOS and Fidelity for trading.

note I am not an applephile, but I can change. :)

Thanks in advance...

What do you make of the chart of GOOG ??? Earnings tom after the bell. Puts or calls ? I may stay away since its gambling but just wondering if anyone has any thoughts.....

Thanks
I would be very cautious buying GOOG based on the earning. Goog missed the last earning and price drastically dropped after hour and in morning spiked. The hedge found manger in my group used Earning Wisper( something like that) report to encouraged people buying Goog.
Good luck.

Thanks everyone. I am learning more bearish than bullish .....

if you need Java (for stockcharts annotation) or Flash or silverlight (for freestockcharts), then no ipad, it can only browse the internet.

Kim Komando is a good source for comparisons (albeit not about market usage) . Begin with http://www.komando.com/tips/index.aspx?id=10402, then check her site for similar discussions.

Agree with Cobra, may be you want to consider a win 7 tablet. I am using a good one, Acer W500. battery actually last for 5-6 hours if you do not watch HD movie while you trading. Plus it could connect to Ethernet.

cobra, as your common sense, there is one more push up ahead if consolidation here for a while. But how to calculate how high it will go?

check Measured Move, it's the only way I know.

a 100% measured move would like this, but I don't think we'll go 100% for the 2nd push, could be 61.8% something.

I think the upside breakout is more likely, maintain the Fib 50% target.

AK84,
I am not a risk taker unless I know my stocks well enough. Goog might go up $50 after hours but I am not a risk taker to put my money on that. I hope you don't get upset if it goes up to the moon after hours. I just told you my personal opinion based on what saw happend. Whatever you do, wish you goodluck.

I'm not getting a short signal today, not even close actually, so there will probably be more upside the next couple days.
