Last week SPX made three consecutive all-time-highs (7/22-23-24) and the dow INDU made none (non-confirmation)
As of Friday, dow participation was only 46% (% of stocks above 20ma), and that is weak.
Even a generous up-trend line was breached.
Caution is prudent

PB up to 197.26 that showed up at about 9:50 this morn. may on its way to being filled.Wait and see. Then what?? 2nd leg dn??
