Pivot Points- Watched a youtube on someones trading style a while ago. They said that when the programmers interviewed the floor traders (to develop computer trading models) they were told the first thing we do is calculate the days pivots. So supposedly pivot points are deep in the code of all the algo systems. They do seem to work as support and resistance for the ES but not so much for the TF. Those are the only indexes I follow.

There's more players in ES and it's more liquid so the prices are more "controlled" in ES than TF.
ES is probably the easiest instrument for a novice to learn from just because of how coordinated it gets...
vol surge, biggest bar, so maybe another pullback. overall, not good for bears as it's the 3rd test of the morning high.

Just for fun this is the 4th hit on S1 today. Three as resistance, then up to the PP now down to S1 as support. Cobra called the last two in advance (break-out and support).
