I just realized......how did VMW "hit your radar"? Was it as simple as recognizing a possible double bottom or something more rigorous? Sorry if I'm prying into your methods!

Do you have a target for VMW? Maybe fill the recent gap to land in the 82.50 to 83 range?

In addition to XLF another has hit my radar..Watch VMW, bite off a little now and more later if it moves.These are not day trades.Swing trades.Lets see.

It can move up 3/5 points. It has moved 1 1/2 points already.I may day trade and not get greedy.I did not think it would pop up this fast.

My downside ES targets are more or less met. Hence, i closed all my shorts and have partially gone long. Not saying we cannot go down further. Just that with so many divergences, it is hard to ignore them and be short. Playing safe is better than risking your principal IMHO. I am not sure if my decision is 100% correct or not, but i know how to save myself if market still insists on going the other way.

same shit, different day. this was a squeeze of weak shorts, we are headed down the rest of the session .. bastards. they squeezed /cl all the way up to gap fill, was hard to get on at a good price. oh well.

I have a watch list of a lot of stocks that I keep up and watch there moves.If they start moving and the charts are showing tops or bottoms I move to an active list.Watch the charts.VMW was active this morn with increased vol.

BTW: When I’m not dickin around trading or researching
I occasionally back-track this board on big days, to see who called the top/bottom first, etc
Not important, not scientific at all, and it varies, some hit it one day, some the next, some users don’t bother to post
Just helps me determine who to pay most attention to (other than King Cobra)
