Flat open, so any gap will be filled.

The Global ES may still miss one more push up to at least test yesterday's high. This'll be the 3rd push up which is the key push, let's watch.

Argh! I was going to take a tiny strangle position on GMCR yesterday but decided against it. Now it's up ONLY 21%+ in pre-market trading. Definitely would have been profitable, to the tune of 33% return overnight ha ha. Oh well I am at least learning exactly what I need to be looking for in these potential trades. Game on!

VIX PosD on the daily RSI still in play...

Three RSI divergences on three correlated instruments on the daily all pointing to some imminent resolution.

RSI divergence, especially on the daily scale is something to be watched carefully.

Just sayin'

Those following the chart of U.S. banks vs EU banks will notice that EU banks have certainly narrowed that large spread we saw two weeks ago …

[Also, Spain auction this morn went well; they got the money they needed]

$BKX is currently back-testing its 200ma (dotted black line) and trying to hold its breakout of the inverted head/shoulder neckline (pink)…

Dude salt in my wound  . Hopefully you covered your loss on CMG with GMCR. Looking back I think it was pretty obvious that GMCR would move big given the issues surrounding their last earnings release although I wouldn't have wanted to guess WHICH direction.

Nope. Got out of MS and got shaken out of FTK (even though it's now down 6% today).

MS is now looking bullish.

FYI..I won't go into detail on Stock timing .com comments but here is a summary..Mkt is in dangerous position..Strong stocks are weak..Caution is advised..Vix is bottoming..Dollar could start to go up today or tomorrow..Liquidity went up yesterday but is expected to edge dn and is not getting much for buck as it was.
