Happens every time. You can bank on it.

Its an election year
Does the "election year" concept still hold when most mark participants don't like who's likely to be elected...?
I think you are correct. I believe there is going to be a plan to use markets to fire the president. It's easy, and the big boys here want him out. So they could even accept some eventual loses. It's more like an investment for them.

I need to remove some of the indicators to de-clutter these. As this is still work in progress I haven't worked out a final form, sorry about it.
XIV seem to be a good add on too, gives fewer flalse signals (with CCI ) especially during an established trend .

Not to mention the fact that Obozo called up CME and told them to raise their margin requirements on crude because he don't want gasoline prices going up befo' the election.
Shocking! A president doesn't want the price of gasoline to rise for the citizens of his country?!??!?! I can't believe this! Are you sure about this? You've got quite a scoop here! What a tremendous insight! A president doesn't want the price of gas to rise. Stunning.
In this country we show a little more respect for the office— and the leader of the free world. It probably hasn't occurred to you, but most POTUS's (regardless of party) don't want the price of gas to go up— election or not.
And that " befo' " crack? IS that like cuz he's black and uses ebonics? ha! ha!ha! That's really funny. Racial humor is always so funny!

PS: This last wave get's truncated most of the times and once it in a while, it will overshoot. YMMV.
great call! hope to see a chart from you, as always...

Gentlemen,
We have been breathing better lately on Cobra's board. It has gone back to being pleasant and fun, so please let's leave politics and take other form of frustration somewhere else and respect Cobra's request to keep his board for trading! I don't think he is being unreasonable in his request!
