Short.
ARMs Sell Warning turned out to be just a warning.
Trade is being abandoned today.
Given other top signs, a sell-off could still come.
However, I only have one instance where there was a equal or greater drawdown, and the trade still paid.
A failed sell warning tends to confirm the up trend and indicates more to come.
So, I have had two clean short setups get blown. One by Draghi and now one by Merckel.
Political action and jawboning trumps.
It does appear that there is something cooking in Europe.
Those markets have been toning up and I think a lot of the Treasury selloff is European banks anticipating other means to collateralize/fund their balance sheets.
I am feeling like there is a (loose) analog between Draghi's remarks a few weeks ago and Bernanke's Jackson Hole thing a few years ago.
The market is pricing in a big ECB program which is still some weeks away from being ready and implemented. Merckel greenlighted the effort yesterday.

It's hard to believe from this chart that they would close AAPL dead at 644 for opex.
