Gap down below Friday's low, so the gap might not be filled.

Global ES is at a key level, break it then confirm a short-term top (It's a Double Top), small rebound or consolidation, then still it's more likely a double top. Bulls need a decisive new high to invalidate the double top pattern.

I've been short SPY since 09/17/2012 @ 146,68. Why is the 28th so important?
