That is not a good question to ask.
Instead, ask
which oil company is worth the risk,
and why?
And then ask yourself WHEN would be the appropriate time to buy. Perhaps that time has passed, for now. Middle of February looked good (perhaps in hindsight).
Investing is an easy word to say, but
actually investing is hard. Often people say 'investing' when they mean 'guessing' or simply choosing to do the same thing that others are doing, or
say they are doing.

7 minutes to the close, NYMO at +29.01 about midpoint of day high/low, VIX at 13.41, a little under day's midpoint. NYADV just under 2000.

XLI, EEM close at their LOD; XLP closes at its high. NOT a highly risk-on profile.

IBB and XOP both were down over 1.5% from the Open. None were up strong from the Open, best two I track XLP, SMH.. both up less than 0.4%.

That's exactly what happened. One 15min bar closed just below-- then a reversal bar and goodbye EMA20... until the very close of the day.
Weak last half hour on SPY so that, only in the final minutes, once again it rests on the EMA20. Taking a small short overnite, into the last day of the quarter.
