for SPX cash I am looking at this chart , lots of support on short term yet, can not be overly bearish just yet.

Small caps had a nice little 8 point decline but are saying it is over, just can't seem to move up yet, waiting for the S&P. The bank buyback overnight high obviously needs to be tested for a third time, up at 1133 in the futures.

TF (small caps) decided to retest the morning low. So with a higher low done looks like they are now following instead of leading.
