It's the chart, not your computer. You need resave the chart then try again. I have the same problem from time to time (internal error uploading the chart), I think it's the server's problem, but I don't know how to fix that, so every time I just re-save the chart (maybe modify the chart a little so that the save is different, I think the sever doesn't like certain checksum which it treats as a bad file something so modify the chart or re-save may change the checksum value) then try again. In a bad time, I may need try couple of times.
