Breakout with good looking bull bar then it could be an uptrend day.

Uptrend day not confirmed but if bulls can make a breakout in the next couple of bars with a good looking bar then it still could be an uptrend day.

Consolidation here would mean breakout on the downside is more likely, bulls need do something.
