Flat open, so any gap will be filled.

Global ES still in a Descending Triangle and the bad thing is it keeps having lower high so for now bears have just a little little up hand. The overnight session formed a Symmetrical Triangle, because the prior trend is not clear so this Triangle really means indecision, so let's wait.

I read DAX as Bull Flag, therefore looks bullish.

Momentum Block Update:
Momentum in Global, Currencies, and Volatility markets remain in sell mode. US equities present a mixed picture; actually, resilience/exuberance in the US market is quiet remarkable!

indecision is the norm ahead of NFP friday...ES futures 10hr bars look less negative with outside up and mom leaning positive, $ COMP had outside up day tuesday, and the small caps had ?.....maybe just the vehicle du jour for PPT

us equity had decent recovery from overnight weakness...

The setup is technically in buy mode since yesterday 3:30 EST. Lately, this setup (for DT) didn't act as a leader, thus was not as profitable as in the past.

Divergence on 15 min ES. Bearish.

I can't believe I was able to sell my SID at a small profit (bought a few days ago).

ECB didn't deliver the goods, the chances of the fed delivering are even lower considering gasoline prices and the relative strength of the american economy. only a truly dismal NFP can save the monetary addicted market. cash position in individual investors accounts are at 15 month low, while equity positions are the highest since april. not a good sign:

fedex expects eps lower yoy, last time this happened was in 2007, although relatively early for the market then:

q3 12 is estimated to show yoy declines including financials. does all this support p/e of 16 even with this low yield environment? i think not.
the market now is hanging to dear life on uncle ben, and any disappointment can cause an avalanche. given that seasonality is turning south as well this time of year, and all the technical evidences of weakness, i'm staying mostly out with some exposure to GDX.
