Wednesday early morning 5:30 am EDT, DAX at 9450. If DAX can stay at this level into Wednesday's close this is extremely bullish.

The only Bullish Percentage which hints a rally is due is BPNDX. On Tuesday it showed an intraday reversal at 60. The other Bullish Percentages don't show any sign of a rally (so far ...) and grade the recent bounce as a dead cat
